Swedish dance troupe Stockholm 59° North will take to the stage as part of the second CLÀSSICAND festival's dance offering. Formed by members of the Royal Swedish Ballet, their emotional and outstandingly talented performances are guaranteed to leave attendees in awe. "On the Nature of Rabbits", a choreography created by Pontus Lidberg for the Venice Biennale 2023, will be performed for the first time in Andorra.

"On the Nature of Rabbits" is inspired by real events that occurred shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall and during the peak of the AIDS epidemic. In a series of dreamlike scenes, Lidberg contemplates the relationship between childhood mementos and the nuances of desire. The work further explores the delicate balance between reality and imagination in a time of fear. Animated projections by Emmy Award-winning Jason Carpenter add a playful and interactive layer to the dance.
